the best caramel frappe <3

1/2 cup espresso
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp caramel yumminess [like what you put on ice cream]
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice

throw it all in the blender and puree it until the ice is all crunched up. Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream and a little caramel.
