Feedback

I don't know where you are or what experience you've had with small groups, but I'd love to hear from you.

What have you found that just works - helps people get plugged into a small group, keeps them involved, appeals to you?

What have you noticed does not work? How would you change it?

What do you suggest?

  1. Maybe I'm just a fatty, but a meal together always helps! There's always a really strong sense of fellowship when people eat together and just talk to one another; it doesn't really have to be about the topic, it just needs to be fellowship. That will warm everyone up to what you'll talk about afterwards!

Personally, I hate it when people talk at me.
So... Discussion, discussion, discussion! The fellowship from the meal will carry over and people will already be willing to talk!

Just my thoughts, though. Take 'em for what they're worth, lol.
